Teams at Propeller

Lead and operate Propeller's RevOps function: run day-to-day GTM operations (new logo, existing customer, marketing), deploy AI-enabled workflows, ensure revenue visibility and analytics, own strategic initiatives (currently pricing), and recruit/coach a high-performing operations team partnering closely with GTM leadership and the Systems & AI Platform.

Identify and qualify new business opportunities via outbound prospecting, articulate Propeller's value, build pipeline, hand leads to Account Executives, and mentor junior SDRs to improve team performance.

Support Customer Success Managers by coordinating customer scheduling, drafting executive-ready follow-ups, maintaining HubSpot data hygiene, monitoring usage/health trends, preparing customer materials, assisting renewals and onboarding logistics, and surfacing product feedback to improve retention and adoption.
