Provide frontline technical support for customers using drone hardware, ground control points, and Propeller’s cloud platform. Troubleshoot hardware, software, data-capture, photogrammetry, file-upload, and site-setting issues through phone and email. Resolve or escalate cases, explain technical processes clearly, document solutions, and collaborate with Customer Success Managers and engineers. The role includes training in drone surveying and geospatial workflows.

Leads high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market teams in a hybrid Denver environment. Partners with hiring managers, manages expectations, optimizes ATS workflows and recruitment data, analyzes hiring pipelines, troubleshoots process gaps, and delivers a strong candidate experience. The role also supports cross-functional initiatives and requires sound judgment regarding AI applications in talent acquisition.

Lead and operate Propeller's RevOps function: run day-to-day GTM operations (new logo, existing customer, marketing), deploy AI-enabled workflows, ensure revenue visibility and analytics, own strategic initiatives (currently pricing), and recruit/coach a high-performing operations team partnering closely with GTM leadership and the Systems & AI Platform.
