Coordinates design and construction projects across franchise brands by managing schedules, budgets, files, contracts, RFIs, change orders, invoices, vendor agreements, meetings, and closeout documentation. Serves as a liaison among project managers, construction managers, contractors, architects, designers, vendors, and franchisees. Supports project controls, compliance documentation, and annual Franchise Disclosure Document updates while maintaining accurate records and communication.

Provides local marketing support and consulting to Camp Bow Wow franchisees. Manages franchisee relationships, local marketing plans, budgets, vendors, digital marketing activities, performance analysis, lead-generation initiatives, and new-center marketing. Coordinates national and local marketing programs, researches vendors, supports cross-functional projects, communicates recommendations, and helps franchisees improve awareness, sales, and business performance.
