Builds Power BI solutions using data from financial, sales, customer success, CRM, and operational systems. Partners with data engineering and business leaders to ensure data quality, deliver actionable insights, support customer retention and expansion, and present recommendations to executives. Provides technical direction, mentorship, prioritization, documentation, and end-user training.

Leads global sales enablement and leadership development programs from strategy through launch, adoption, measurement, and optimization. Partners with executives, HR, Product, Revenue Operations, and subject matter experts to design scalable learning experiences, facilitate workshops, build learning assets, and drive measurable capability and business outcomes. Uses analytics, learner feedback, AI, and digital learning technologies to improve programs and support behavior change across sales leaders, account managers, and other employees.
