Oversee platform configuration, backend engineering, service delivery, SLA monitoring, incident escalation, and automation. Drive technical strategy, risk assessment, telemetry-driven improvements, and platform hardening to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure email protection for customers.

Lead strategic analysis, scenario modeling, and executive reporting for Customer Office (Success, Renewals, Support, Services). Build financial and operational models, develop analytical frameworks and BI dashboards, manage planning and forecasting, drive performance management and data governance, and partner cross-functionally to inform executive decisions and operational improvements.

Provide technical support for customers using Proofpoint AI Security solutions, resolving issues via tickets, phone, email, and chat while diagnosing software and hardware problems.
