Manage Prologis’ global financial close and consolidation across 100+ legal entities, multiple currencies, intercompany activity, and 50+ fund and joint venture investments. Own Oracle FCCS consolidation processes, equity earnings, noncontrolling interests, controls, policies, and reporting. Resolve complex accounting matters under U.S. GAAP, improve automation and close efficiency, partner with global teams, and lead and develop accounting professionals.

Manage SEC reporting and consolidated financial statement preparation for Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K. Oversee foreign currency and derivative accounting, technical accounting research, U.S. GAAP and IFRS disclosures, SOX controls, audits, and global reporting schedules. Partner with Treasury, accounting teams, auditors, and service providers while improving reporting processes through technology, automation, and process redesign.

Supports corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, entity formation and maintenance, capital markets due diligence, SEC and NYSE filings, and board and shareholder matters. Prepares and reviews legal documents, maintains corporate records, assists with tax and audit requests, summarizes contracts, and coordinates with internal teams, directors, officers, and external counsel while exercising judgment and escalating issues appropriately.
