Lead distributed solar PV and energy storage development across the US West region. Own market strategy, revenue targets, customer relationships, and end-to-end project delivery from origination through shovel-ready, coordinating internal teams and external partners while forecasting pipeline and representing Prologis at events.

Lead AI product initiatives from discovery through launch and adoption: prioritize use cases, define vision, build backlogs, partner with engineering and platform teams, validate value, measure OKRs/KPIs, govern responsible AI, and scale reusable AI patterns to improve customer, employee, and operational outcomes.

Lead technical accounting evaluations for complex transactions, advise senior management and auditors, develop and communicate U.S. GAAP policies, monitor and implement new accounting standards, support SEC reporting and disclosures, drive process improvements and technology-enabled efficiencies, and lead special projects across finance, legal, and operations.

Support global commercial insurance programs and exposure analysis across logistics, data centers, energy, and construction. Review policies and contractual requirements, participate in risk engineering and resilience initiatives, analyze property/insurance/operational data, and develop dashboards and reports. Improve workflows using automation and AI while partnering with brokers, insurers, and internal stakeholders.

Support daily treasury operations across the Americas including cash positioning, payment processing, liquidity monitoring, bank account administration, letters of credit lifecycle, treasury reporting, systems support, issue resolution, and process improvement through automation and AI.

Lead design, prototyping, deployment, and continuous improvement of AI-powered applications, agents, copilots, and automations. Integrate AI with portals, workflows, data platforms, and AWS; define reusable patterns (RAG, prompts, agent workflows); ensure secure, observable, and cost-effective production systems; measure adoption and ROI; and mentor engineers, contractors, and vendors.

Drive financial analysis, profitability insights, and scalable reporting for the Essentials platform. Build models to evaluate initiatives, pricing, deals, and investments; develop metrics and global processes; and lead analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to improve data accuracy and decision-making.

Lead state-level government relations across the West (emphasis on California). Develop and execute legislative and regulatory advocacy strategies, build relationships with lawmakers and regulators, monitor and influence policy affecting real estate, data center, and energy businesses, advise senior leaders, coordinate internal and external partners, and direct regional consultants to advance policy and project objectives.
