Lead an AI platform effort to build production AI capabilities that convert building, project, asset, and operational data into reusable, governed solutions. Design and deliver RAG, agents, multimodal data pipelines, orchestration, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop workflows from prototype to production, partnering with business, security, and operations.

Provides legal support for renewable energy project development and commercial transactions. Advises solar origination teams, negotiates power purchase agreements, leases, site-control documents, EPC contracts, and customer agreements, and manages legal risks affecting project economics, financing, construction, and operations. Support daily treasury operations across the Americas including cash positioning, payment processing, liquidity monitoring, bank account administration, letters of credit lifecycle, treasury reporting, systems support, issue resolution, and process improvement through automation and AI.

Develop and execute legislative and regulatory advocacy strategies, build relationships with lawmakers and regulators, monitor and influence policy affecting real estate, data center, and energy businesses, advise senior leaders, coordinate internal and external partners, and direct regional consultants to advance policy and project objectives.
