Leads inbound and outbound prospecting for Wayfinder’s K-12 curriculum solutions. Identifies and qualifies education-sector leads, nurtures relationships with school district decision-makers, manages the sales pipeline, conducts market research, and schedules qualified opportunities for sales executives. Uses Salesforce, Outreach.io, cold calling, email outreach, and objection handling to generate meetings and support sales enablement. The role is fully remote but requires occasional conference travel.

The FP&A Manager leads budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, financial modeling, scenario analysis, management reporting, and performance dashboards. They analyze KPIs, identify trends and risks, support investment and capital planning, improve reporting processes, ensure financial governance, and present insights to senior leadership. The role partners cross-functionally with accounting, tax, revenue, and other teams to align financial performance with business objectives.
