Build pipeline, close deals, consult with benefits executives and consultants, deliver presentations, forecast, gather product feedback, collaborate cross-functionally, and exceed sales targets while traveling to meet clients.

Lead and scale end-to-end contracting across client, provider, partner, and vendor agreements. Build processes, SLAs, CLM (Ironclad) ownership, templates/playbooks, and governance. Manage and mentor a contracting team, negotiate complex agreements, partner with Legal, Sales, Finance and Operations, and drive operational excellence and reporting across the contract lifecycle.
