Talk to prospective customers from multiple channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
Give web demos to prospective school administrators and drive the SMB sales process.
Interacting with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about product usage and services.
Utilizing available resources for identifying customer needs and finding resolution.
Following standard processes and procedures.
Identifying and escalating priority issues per Company guidelines.
Redirecting problems to appropriate resources.
