Supports employee lifecycle operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee inquiries, HRIS transactions, compensation documentation, payroll coordination, benefits and leave administration, compliance reporting, training, and engagement initiatives. Maintains audit-ready records, resolves HRIS issues, creates employee-facing materials, and contributes to process improvements and enterprise-wide People Operations projects during a Workday transition.

The UX/QA Engineer validates web and mobile products for usability, visual consistency, accessibility, responsiveness, compatibility, performance, and functional accuracy. Responsibilities include creating test plans, testing complex patient and provider journeys, analyzing logs and browser tools, identifying root causes, using AI-assisted testing tools, automating UI regression tests, managing defects in Jira, and collaborating within Agile teams.

Manage accounts receivable and aged claims, investigate and appeal insurance denials, resolve claim issues, process adjustments and resubmissions, and analyze root causes. Collaborate with practices, physicians, payers, and internal teams to optimize reimbursement and revenue-cycle performance. Use Salesforce case management and Trizetto for denial analysis, meet departmental KPIs, and support care-center launches that may require overnight travel.
