Develops scalable business intelligence and analytics solutions for financial, operational, clinical, and healthcare initiatives. Responsibilities include second-level issue resolution, troubleshooting, configuration, testing, QA, documentation, incident escalation, remote support, onboarding, staff training, EPCS office hours, data collection, and stakeholder communication while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Manages multiple technical projects within the PMO, coordinating technical and business stakeholders from planning through closeout. Develops project plans, status reporting, success metrics, governance processes, and risk escalation practices. Partners with Product and technical teams to align project execution with technology roadmaps. Supports AI project governance, ROI modeling, process optimization, quality assurance, SDLC execution, and Scrum/Kanban delivery across clinical, operational, and technical teams.

Supports corporate and care center procurement by facilitating vendor contracts, managing vendor relationships, monitoring discounted pricing and savings opportunities, reporting participation metrics, responding to procurement inquiries, maintaining savings resources, and communicating new opportunities. The role also conducts vendor and ESG research, coordinates contract approvals, and collaborates with operations teams, care centers, and suppliers to improve procurement value.

Supports and maintains Privia’s athenaOne EHR and practice management applications. Responsibilities include second-level issue resolution, troubleshooting, configuration, testing, QA, documentation, stakeholder communication, remote EHR support, staff onboarding, functionality training, data collection, and HIPAA compliance. The role also serves as an escalation resource for Tier 1 support and helps maintain the platform for clinicians and care teams.

Supports IAM operations and leads complex cross-functional identity and access initiatives from planning through implementation. Responsibilities include user provisioning, access changes, terminations, identity governance, issue escalation, QA, process improvement, documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk tracking, and executive status reporting. The role partners with security, technology, business, and operational teams while maintaining compliance with organizational policies, security requirements, and HIPAA regulations.

Supports and configures athenaOne and athenaNet for clinicians, serving as a clinical informatics subject matter expert. Resolves complex EHR issues, provides high-tier support, manages CRM queues, leads medium and large projects, maintains platform standards, tests configurations, and trains users. The role also manages stakeholder relationships, supports documentation, and provides guidance to platform associates and contractors.

Oversees revenue cycle management training and workflow optimization for physician care centers. Develops athenaOne Collector curriculum and Privia University LMS content, leads pre- and post-go-live training, supports implementations and high-profile go-lives, provides at-the-elbow assistance, and communicates product updates. Partners with market trainers, improves learning experiences, and ensures workflows align with evolving revenue cycle best practices. Travel is required 10–20%.

Audits medical records against CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10-CM codes for regulatory compliance; researches CMS and Medicare guidance; prepares audit reports; educates providers and groups; delivers coding consultation, documentation training, technical support, and issue resolution; tracks education completion and escalates findings when needed.

Deliver risk-adjustment and coding education (HCC, ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS), conduct prospective and retrospective chart audits, analyze coding performance, generate audit reports, lead provider trainings, ensure CMS/AMA compliance, and support documentation improvement initiatives.
