Lead and mentor project design leads through utility-scale solar PV design from preliminary to IFC, support Engineers of Record and EPC/EOR contract reviews, develop standards/process improvements, provide engineering review and value-engineering recommendations, and occasionally act as main design lead. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensure constructability and O&M considerations, and travel up to 25%.

Design and optimize utility-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) from concept through construction. Provide technical documentation and support to estimating, procurement, project management, and field teams. Create engineering calculations, maintain equipment databases, produce site layouts and single-line diagrams, review interconnection documents, and support material forecasting and lifecycle optimization.

Manage project controls for renewable construction projects including budgeting, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, cash flow, change and contingency management, risk assessment, audits, WIP reviews, and project closeout while mentoring junior staff and aligning accounting and operations teams.
