Requires strong knowledge of civil construction disciplines, estimating software, contract documents, negotiation, and team leadership.

Develop and maintain data pipelines, scalable data models, analytics datasets, and Power BI reporting solutions for renewable energy construction and preconstruction operations. Integrate cost, labor, project, scheduling, and operational data to support benchmarking, forecasting, estimate accuracy, and predictive analytics. Collaborate with estimators, engineers, procurement, project controls, operations, and leadership while using Databricks, Python, SQL, GitHub, and AI-enabled development practices.

Supports project managers and controls specialists by creating and maintaining project schedules, preparing schedule updates and analyses, tracking changes, coordinating team inputs, and producing project controls reports. The role performs critical path, earned value, resource, S-curve, and schedule impact analyses; attends project meetings; supports subcontractor reporting; and improves scheduling processes. Requires proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Office, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project, along with construction or engineering-related education and 0–2 years of scheduling or cost experience.
