The Microsoft CSP Business Development Manager drives new revenue by acquiring customers into the Microsoft Cloud ecosystem, developing strategies, engaging potential clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Manage allocation and optimization of internal talent across technical, PM, engineering, and managed services functions. Maintain skills inventory and utilization dashboards, forecast demand, champion internal-first staffing, coordinate with HR and vendors, and provide reporting and recommendations to leadership to improve capacity, utilization, and hiring decisions.

Serve as liaison across sales, delivery, and customers to drive adoption and expansion of subscription software (Cisco Enterprise Security). Develop adoption plans, conduct adoption reviews, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, document provisioning/lifecycle workflows, improve processes, and accelerate customer ROI while enabling operational readiness.
