Own solutions end to end, including architecture, evaluation, validation, governance, deployment, monitoring, and human-in-the-loop safeguards. Develop agentic capabilities using tool calling, RAG, MCP integrations, and orchestration on AWS Bedrock. Establish acceptance criteria and risk controls, contribute reusable platform assets, and improve AI fluency across teams. The role requires strong Python, cloud engineering, full-stack development, and experience delivering validated AI features in production.

Leads quality engineering for healthcare provider, patient workflow, and diagnostic reporting products. Responsibilities include risk-based test strategy, manual and automated testing of web, mobile, API, and backend systems, accessibility validation, defect management, root cause analysis, CI/CD test integration, quality process improvement, stakeholder communication, and mentoring. The role also contributes to performance and security testing while driving reliable, user-centered product releases.

Own product operations and organizational readiness for launches, rollouts, pilots, and process changes. Build change-impact assessments, enablement, communications, adoption measures, feedback systems, and launch processes. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Clinical, Operations, Marketing, Support, and TPM teams to identify risks, improve workflows, synthesize user feedback, and turn operational insights into product recommendations and continuous improvements.
