Build and lead Precision Neuroscience’s partnership function across the life sciences and healthcare ecosystem. The role owns strategic partnership pipelines, structures and negotiates complex technology and scientific collaboration agreements, advises leadership on deal strategy, translates technical work into commercial narratives, and establishes partnership processes for an early-stage neurotechnology company.

Translate schematics into manufacturable multilayer PCB layouts for implantable electronics. Perform component placement and routing for analog, RF, high-speed, digital, and power. Generate fabrication and assembly outputs (Gerbers, ODB++, IPC-2581, drill, pick-and-place), coordinate DFM and vendor reviews, maintain PCB libraries and documentation, and manage board revisions and configuration control.
