Associate Project Manager responsible for coordinating advertising agency projects from initiation through completion. Manages timelines, resources, status reporting, workflows, budgets, and project financials for accounts with program budgets of $2–$3 million. Leads meetings, integrates client and regulatory requirements, mitigates risks, supports account communication, and assists with training and mentoring project coordinators.

The FP&A Manager supports forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, consolidated reporting, variance analysis, financial modeling, profitability analysis, and executive decision-making. The role partners with Finance, Accounting, shared services, and cross-functional teams to validate results, identify business drivers, improve reporting processes, support cost management, and prepare leadership, board, acquisition integration, and pro forma reporting materials.

Support project execution from initiation through completion by maintaining timelines, status reports, budgets, deliverables, workflows, and project documentation. Assist with Workfront setup, tracking, reporting, meetings, resource updates, and risk escalation while collaborating with account, finance, and cross-functional teams. The role offers mentorship and training to develop foundational project management skills in a healthcare and life sciences agency environment.
