Design and optimize field commercialization capabilities—KPIs, dashboards, incentive compensation, targeting/segmentation, vendor data management, and analytics—to support pre-launch, launch, and post-launch field effectiveness. Partner cross-functionally with Commercial Leadership, Sales, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Finance, IT, and Compliance to translate strategy into measurable execution frameworks and scalable processes.

Lead enterprise FP&A for a clinical-stage biotech, driving budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and resource allocation. Partner with program and functional leaders to evaluate investments, embed financial insight, advance reporting and AI/automation, conduct scenario analyses, and support accounting close to enable disciplined, high-impact decisions for commercialization.

Serve as Tier II escalation for complex IT issues across Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools. Administer identity/access (Entra ID, SSO, MFA), manage SaaS permissions, oversee device imaging, shipping, and inventory, support conference AV and VPN access, respond to security alerts, maintain Confluence knowledge base, partner with vendors, and improve support workflows for ~260–400 users.
