Represent and sell heavy construction equipment within a defined territory to contractors. Build and maintain customer relationships, prospect and cold-call, manage sales pipeline and CRM records, negotiate and close deals, and support leasing/financing efforts while working independently to meet territory sales goals.

Assists with monthly and year-end financial close, financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, general ledger entries, sales and use tax support, accounts payable research, and audit preparation. The role follows accounting processes, identifies process improvements, maintains detailed documentation, and communicates across departments. Requires intermediate Excel skills, knowledge of dealer management systems, and on-site office work.

Manage customer invoices through accounts payable and procurement portals, track processing and payment status, resolve invoice disputes and rejections, reconcile portal data with accounts receivable records, monitor outstanding balances, prepare Excel reports, and communicate with customers and internal departments to support timely collections.
