Leads instrumentation and controls engineering teams across energy and industrial projects. Provides technical direction, reviews designs and specifications, coordinates multidisciplinary activities, evaluates vendors, supports project planning and field execution, and manages client relationships. The role also contributes to proposals, business development, commissioning, start-up, engineering standards, and team development. Periodic travel to project and client sites is required.

Design and lead mechanical building systems projects involving HVAC, plumbing, and piping from concept through construction documentation. Mentor junior MEP engineers, provide technical support, support proposal development, manage project execution, and interface with clients across multiple markets. The role requires collaboration, independent work, and maintaining high-quality professional design standards.

Leads complex engineering, architecture, construction, and facility projects from pursuit through closeout. Manages scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, risks, quality, safety, contracts, change control, financial performance, and multidisciplinary teams. Coordinates clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and regulatory stakeholders while supporting proposals, business development, commissioning, and project closeout. Requires experience in A/E/C consulting and technically complex or regulated markets such as healthcare, industrial, chemicals, manufacturing, and life sciences.
