The Senior Database Support Engineer will support critical database platforms, ensure operational excellence, monitor performance, troubleshoot incidents, and enhance efficiency through automation. Responsibilities include providing operational support, performing maintenance tasks, participating in a global support model, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Design, build, and operate central observability platforms. Develop telemetry pipelines for logs, metrics, traces, and events; enforce instrumentation standards; build scalable cloud-native ingestion and storage; optimize cost, performance, retention, and reliability; investigate incidents and drive root-cause analysis; and create dashboards, reports, and service-level monitoring frameworks.

Support delivery of cross-functional programs by partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders, analyzing processes, preparing dashboards and presentations, documenting future-state operating models, driving change management, and managing risks and milestones to enable scalable growth.
