Develops and maintains SOC monitoring content, detections, alerts, threat-hunting procedures, playbooks, and documentation. Provides senior investigative guidance and escalates complex security issues, leads security improvement initiatives, ensures compliance with governance requirements, recommends corrective actions, and mentors junior analysts. The role also conducts security assessments, forensic investigations, risk mitigation, and data security activities.

Manages the lifecycle of less complex merchant services products and initiatives, including product selection, design, development, pricing, promotion, rollout, and performance analysis. Builds business cases, evaluates market and technology trends, collaborates with sales, marketing, digital, and external partners, and supports risk, compliance, and audit activities. Uses customer insights and business results to recommend product improvements.

Provide high-volume, phone-based technical support and first-line resolution for hardware, software, networking and access issues. Log and track incidents in ServiceNow/ITSM, escalate complex problems, suggest process improvements, and maintain security and confidentiality while working from an approved remote workspace on a set evening/weekend schedule.
