Performs broad HR generalist duties including onboarding, offboarding, benefits and leave administration, employee relations, performance management, compensation, HRIS administration, policy implementation, employment law compliance, reporting, and employee investigations. Partners with managers and employees, supports training and organizational initiatives, maintains personnel records, and develops HR programs and solutions.

Conduct full-cycle recruiting for federal government contracts and corporate roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer extension, and onboarding support. Manage multiple requisitions, build candidate pipelines, support surge hiring and proposal staffing, maintain accurate ATS records, and ensure OFCCP and EEO compliance. Recruit across clinical, healthcare, technical, engineering, cybersecurity, intelligence, administrative, and professional roles while partnering with hiring managers and program leadership.

Provides software engineering, database development, systems integration, architecture analysis, and testing support for VA healthcare applications. Develops Python scripts and websites, works with Oracle and SQL Server databases, evaluates technology solutions, defines architecture requirements, performs risk assessments, and establishes testing environments. Produces technical reports, maintains architecture artifacts, collaborates with VA stakeholders, and supports integration across applications, databases, and external systems. Requires eligibility to obtain a government security clearance.
