Leads the People function as a player-coach, advising leaders on organizational effectiveness, employee relations, performance, talent, workforce planning, compensation, and engagement. Manages and develops a small team while personally delivering scalable people programs, maintaining HRIS data and processes, ensuring employment-law compliance, and using workforce data to guide decisions. Partners with executive leadership and Finance on planning, budgets, benefits, and equitable compensation.

Own product marketing across Planful’s platform, AI, and Consolidation Premium offerings. Responsibilities include coordinating product launches, building field and partner enablement, managing analyst relations and evaluation submissions, running competitive intelligence, supporting pricing execution, and partnering with product, engineering, sales, and solutions consulting on messaging, positioning, and launch narratives.

Own the systems, data, account targeting, reporting, capacity modeling, SLA tracking, and technology support powering a B2B SaaS SDR team. Evaluate prospecting programs, build funnel reporting, manage Salesforce and sales engagement workflows, create UserGems campaigns, resolve tooling issues, identify data gaps, and partner with Business Operations to automate processes and improve pipeline generation.
