Assist branch operations manager by supervising daily branch activities, ensuring compliance with bank policies, delivering customer service, performing teller and personal banking duties, reviewing reports/audits, assisting with budgets, training staff, and promoting bank services within the community.

Assists with agency accounting, generates reports using the management system, and processes accounts payable and receivable. The role requires accurate, organized work, customer and coworker communication, reliable attendance, and support for additional accounting duties. This is an in-office, Monday through Friday position with light physical demands.

Drive treasury revenue and deposit growth across assigned Colorado markets by prospecting for business clients, closing treasury management relationships, expanding product adoption, and serving as a consultative treasury advisor. Partner with commercial banking, onboarding, implementation, and support teams to deliver solutions for cash flow, payments, and fraud prevention needs. Manage sales pipelines, client presentations, community relationships, activity reporting, and market performance.
