Manage client insurance accounts as primary contact, handle servicing lifecycle tasks (quotes, binders, endorsements, certificates, claims, renewals), maintain agency management system, assist customers in person and by phone, and support cross‑selling and other duties as assigned.

Oversees daily branch operations and assists the operations manager. Supervises staff, performs customer-facing banking tasks, ensures compliance with policies, reviews reports and audits, assists with budgeting, and promotes bank services within the community.

Outside-facing insurance sales role focused on new business development, community engagement, client risk assessment and product recommendations. Build and maintain client relationships, communicate with account teams and carriers, and meet sales/service responsibilities.
