Lead and manage IT-focused contract delivery under the PWS: plan, execute, staff, track schedules, mitigate risks, produce program reporting, maintain PMP/QMP/SOPs, direct transitions, ensure contract compliance, and mentor program staff while serving as primary government interface.

Lead design, build, test, and maintain Salesforce applications and integrations. Develop Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, MuleSoft integrations, APIs, and front-end web components. Refine requirements, troubleshoot, review team code, participate in a Salesforce COE, support Agile delivery, and produce documentation, training, and user support.

The Help Desk Lead/Manager coordinates IT support for end-users, manages help desk activities, provides technical assistance, and supervises help desk staff, ensuring high service levels and effective issue resolution.
