Administer and improve HR systems (primary UKG, Greenhouse), handle day-to-day configuration, data maintenance, reporting, integrations, audits, ticketing support, documentation, and process automation. Partner cross-functionally to resolve issues, scale workflows, and support compliance, learning, and annual cycles while driving AI and efficiency improvements.

Lead regional channel and alliance strategy across the Americas, building and managing system integrator, reseller, and technology partnerships. Drive partner performance, enablement, co-selling, joint GTM initiatives, negotiate agreements, and lead a regional alliances team while aligning cross-functionally to scale enterprise identity and access management solutions.
