Lead Acumatica ERP solutioning from requirements gathering through delivery. Build customizations, extensions, and integrations; translate business needs into technical designs; oversee and mentor developers; review code and client communications; and partner with architecture and consulting teams on larger engagements. The role is client-facing, remote, and requires strong Acumatica, C#, SQL Server, integration, ERP process, communication, and AI coding-tool expertise.

Lead and unify Sales, Marketing, and Product into a single revenue organization. Define and execute commercial growth strategy, drive new logo acquisition and expansion, build partner ecosystem (Microsoft-focused), implement forecasting and RevOps discipline, recruit and develop revenue leaders, and serve as an external executive face to clients and partners.

Manage B2B software customer relationships, drive satisfaction, retention, renewals, adoption, and expansion. Conduct business reviews, identify upsell opportunities, support transitions to cloud and subscription billing, maintain accurate CRM records, coordinate customer advocacy initiatives, and collaborate with sales, consulting, marketing, and software vendors. The role requires experience with customer success or account management in B2B software, preferably including ERP and CRM platforms.
