The Claims Adjuster will manage workers' compensation claims, ensuring compliance with regulations, providing customer service, and optimizing claims processes to achieve favorable outcomes.

Manage a caseload of subrogation claims to maximize recoveries through investigation, liability evaluation, negotiation, and stakeholder communication. Develop action plans, issue notices, document progress, and assist recovery of overpayments across workers' compensation and commercial auto claims.

Manage employee relations, ensure labor law compliance, support performance management, administer benefits and leave, maintain HRIS data and reporting, run workforce analytics for diversity, support onboarding and headcount processes, and improve People systems and programs while partnering with leaders and cross-functional teams.
