Leads the end-to-end commercial insurance collections function, owning bad debt recovery, litigation and settlement outcomes, vendor and BPO performance, compliance, allowance processes, KPIs, and receivable closeout. Manages and develops collections staff, establishes SOPs and service levels, partners with Legal, Accounting, Product, Engineering, and Compliance, and drives automation and upstream process improvements to reduce exposure.

Manage premium audit operations by leading teams, ensuring compliance, improving processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and support company objectives.

Manage and grow high-volume strategic distribution partnerships (wholesale and complex structures). Identify and develop new partners, maintain agency relationships, design and implement strategic programs, track performance and industry trends, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive profitable premium growth and retention.
