Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks (Python/Playwright), integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, execute functional/regression/exploratory and API testing, manage test lifecycle and defects, and optimize pipeline reliability and test flakiness.

Develop and maintain secure REST APIs and Angular-based configuration interfaces. Own customer and vendor onboarding integrations, system workflows, API subscriptions, access provisioning, and software releases. Build Jenkins CI/CD pipelines with Sonar quality gates, troubleshoot production issues using Splunk and Datadog, and execute functional, automated, and end-to-end QA testing. Collaborate with engineering teams to validate integrations, track defects, and ensure production readiness.

Designs and manages Qualtrics in-product intercept surveys, targeting workflows, directories, and data collection. Analyzes user behavior, product performance, and survey feedback; builds dashboards and communicates actionable insights to product, UX, and leadership teams. Collaborates with qualitative researchers, data engineering, and development teams to integrate survey data with behavioral analytics platforms and enable access to behavioral datasets across B2B and B2C products.
