Lead strategic business development focused on USAF modernization and sustainment. Shape requirements, build high-value contract vehicles, engage senior Air Force leaders, execute pipeline and market-shaping campaigns, and drive adoption of advanced manufacturing capabilities across procurement lifecycles.

Manage the full contract lifecycle, ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS/GSA and customer requirements, identify and mitigate contractual risks, coordinate internal and external reviews and approvals, maintain audit-ready contract records, develop Small Business Subcontracting Plans, and drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
