Leads U.S. commercial operations for image-guided therapy devices, including sales effectiveness, pricing, contracting, risk management, sales compensation, quota and territory design, CRM, analytics, inventory management, and transformation initiatives. Oversees a commercial operations team, develops talent, drives process improvement, and partners with Sales, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, HR, and senior leaders to support growth and operational excellence.

The Integration Consultant leads technical implementation and support for the IECG system, managing interfaces with RIS/HIS, and troubleshooting complex issues.

Lead and develop the Image Guided Therapy Devices quality systems team. Ensure QMS compliance with FDA and global medical device standards, drive harmonization/simplification, implement quality processes/tools, oversee audits, CAPA, change management, KPIs and management review, and advise senior leadership on quality strategy and cross-functional execution.
