Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for Perspire.tv, managing social media, content, email, and paid advertising campaigns. Drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention; analyze campaign data to optimize performance; collaborate on promotional content; and monitor industry trends and best practices.

Develop and maintain front-end and back-end platform components, build features, optimize performance and scalability, and support seamless web and mobile experiences. Collaborate with the CTO and Product Manager to implement technical solutions. The role requires proficiency in React, Next.js, Node.js, Express, MongoDB, real-time communication, streaming technologies, and familiarity with DevOps and cloud services.

Leads Perspire.tv’s technology strategy, technical team, platform scalability, security, performance, and innovation. Collaborates with the Product Manager to prioritize features and align technology initiatives with business goals. Oversees the full development lifecycle from ideation through deployment while managing cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technical delivery.
