Network Engineer responsible for designing, deploying, supporting, and troubleshooting Cloud Relay and Wave Relay MANET networking solutions. Duties include configuring routing, switching, VPNs, security protocols, and network equipment; performing root cause analysis; developing customer solutions; supporting technical proposals; providing training and technical assistance; and collaborating with engineering and business development teams. The role requires customer interaction, cloud networking expertise, security knowledge, and at least 25% travel.

Integrates mechanical assemblies and communications products using SolidWorks, develops system and interface documentation, coordinates requirements across engineering teams, creates test plans, executes integration testing, troubleshoots customer issues, performs root-cause analysis, supports government deliverables, and contributes to RFI/RFP responses. The role requires customer interaction, technical communication, RF and network integration knowledge, up to 25% travel, and eligibility for a Secret clearance.

Systems Engineer responsible for integrating communications products, designing networks, planning and executing tests, troubleshooting customer systems, conducting root-cause analysis, developing technical documentation, and supporting RFIs and RFPs. The role requires collaboration across engineering, programs, sales, field operations, quality, and customers. Responsibilities include RF mapping, network integration, reporting, customer education, and communicating technical requirements. Travel up to 25% is required, along with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
