Serves as PDW’s senior AI/ML technical leader, defining enterprise AI strategy, architecture, standards, and roadmap while building production systems. Develops RAG solutions, AI agents, orchestration platforms, evaluation frameworks, APIs, data pipelines, and MLOps infrastructure. Leads AI security and governance, optimizes models across cloud and GPU environments, partners across engineering and business teams, and mentors teams adopting AI technologies. Requires extensive hands-on experience with generative AI, production ML systems, secure architecture, and enterprise deployment.

Own the automation roadmap for QGroundControl, controller software, and ground-side tools. Design and maintain Python-based test frameworks and regression suites for Qt/QML applications across Linux and Android. Automate application, API, command-line, hardware, and communications workflows; integrate tests into CI/CD; investigate failures; maintain traceability and release-readiness reporting; and mentor engineers. The role supports UAV software quality through automated validation, diagnostic analysis, and cross-functional defect resolution.

Build and mature PDW’s cybersecurity GRC program across enterprise, engineering, manufacturing, and business systems. Translate CMMC, NIST SP 800-171, ISO 27001, ITAR, and customer requirements into controls; manage risk assessments, documentation, evidence, audits, remediation, vulnerability management, and third-party risk. Configure and validate security tools, support incident response, improve endpoint, identity, cloud, network, and monitoring controls, and report security metrics to leadership. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with auditors, customers, vendors, and system owners.
