The role requires deep analog, digital, power, embedded, and high-speed design expertise, with occasional customer or facility travel.

Drive software and integrated-system QA for UAV products across bench, simulation, and flight-test environments. Develop manual and automated tests, Python utilities, and CI/CD validation workflows; analyze defects, logs, telemetry, and system behavior; maintain QA documentation and test management records; support release readiness and corrective actions; collaborate with firmware, embedded, production, and flight-test teams; and mentor junior QA engineers.

Own and improve integrated manufacturing FP&A models covering revenue, production, COGS, margins, capacity, headcount, CapEx, inventory, working capital, and cash. Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, dashboards, investment cases, and actual-to-model reviews. Own FP&A planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management for OpEx, CapEx, and headcount. Analyze variances, maintain financial models, track capital investments, support monthly close, and provide executive-ready insights. Partner with department leaders, Accounting, and People Operations to improve budget accountability, forecast accuracy, reporting, and investment decisions in a rapidly scaling hardware and manufacturing environment.

Manages revenue operations across pipeline forecasting, quote approvals, bookings, revenue support, reporting, and product administration. Reviews Salesforce data, coordinates cross-functional booking and revenue processes, leads SKU and price book setup, validates Salesforce and NetSuite workflows, reconciles data using Excel and Power BI, and documents scalable procedures and controls. The role partners with Sales, Finance, Product, Manufacturing, Customer Success, and business systems teams to resolve exceptions and improve commercial operations.

Own Salesforce administration, architecture, security, automation, data modeling, integrations, reporting, releases, and platform health.
