Designs AI-first Adobe Marketo Engage solutions, integrations, migrations, campaign architectures, lead management systems, and CRM-connected ecosystems. Develops proposals, business cases, proofs of concept, and implementation plans; mentors practitioners; supports practice growth and thought leadership; and manages strategic client relationships and complex engagements.

Design and lead Salesforce solutions spanning Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot). Scope projects, architect prospect-to-lead/contact sync, drive connector and data governance best practices, mentor consultants, and manage campaign automation, segmentation, and deliverability considerations.
