The role collaborates with business stakeholders, data governance teams, architects, integration teams, and data stewards to deliver trusted, governed enterprise master data.

Lead complex pre-sales solution architecture engagements from discovery through proof of concept and delivery-ready scoping. Translate client needs into architectures, estimates, staffing plans, business cases, and SOWs. Own sales targets and pipelines, develop repeatable offerings and practice intellectual property, maintain partner relationships, mentor junior architects, and ensure delivery fidelity. Apply AI tools to accelerate pre-sales workflows while providing thought leadership across Salesforce, commerce, customer experience, and agentic AI solutions.
