The Business Development Lead will identify and close partnerships, manage institutional allocations, and cultivate high-value deposits while tracking market movements and reporting on pipeline health.

Lead the growth of the Perenimals IP: set content and channel strategy, define growth metrics, prioritize workstreams, manage a junior social lead and artist, create briefs and a content calendar, and pursue creator/brand/game collaborations and licensing while embedding the IP authentically in communities.

Lead product for both the core DeFi protocol (vaults, yield strategies, RWA onboarding) and the consumer StableBank (onboarding, savings UX, KYC, off-ramps). Maintain roadmaps, conduct user research, write clear specs/PRDs, prioritize backlog, and work closely with the CEO and engineers to build 0→1 products at an early-stage startup.
