The Senior Underwriting Consultant manages the underwriting process for complex life applications, ensuring risk selection aligns with financial objectives while providing high-quality service and training to junior underwriters.

Designs and executes leadership development strategy and programs across leader levels. Owns needs assessment, instructional design (ADDIE), facilitation, delivery, measurement, and continuous improvement. Partners with L&D, Talent, HRBPs, and stakeholders to build leader pathways, onboarding, assessments, and scalable learning experiences that improve leader effectiveness and team outcomes.

Design, build, and maintain advanced Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics to inform workforce planning and talent strategy. Partner with HR, HRIS, IT, and business leaders to define metrics, validate and govern data, perform deep-dive analyses, support Prism integrations, and deliver executive-ready insights, documentation, and training to enable data-driven HR decisions.
