Support sportsbook risk and trading operations: monitor bet tickers, pricing, liabilities, promos and anomalies; assist traders with grading, manual markets, customer queries, reporting, and player profiling. Work flexible 24/7 schedules to protect margins and optimize the fan experience.

Maintain and scale Alley-oop design system by creating reusable UI components, patterns, and documentation. Collaborate with designers, PMs, and engineers to improve accessibility, optimize Figma libraries, drive adoption, run workshops, and shape roadmap and governance to speed product delivery.
