Own and scale Pebl’s account-based marketing and demand generation engine. Build three-tier ABM programs, manage target account lists, optimize paid media budgets, develop full-funnel content, align Sales and RevOps, and report account-level pipeline influence. The role leads vertical pilots, competitive intelligence, attribution reporting, creative testing, and the transition from MQL-focused metrics to revenue-based account KPIs.

Manage technical and corporate accounting, including month-end and quarter-end close, financial reporting, U.S. GAAP analyses, equity accounting, audit support, reconciliations, accounting policies, variance analysis, and internal controls. The role partners across Finance and other departments, monitors accounting standards, modernizes close processes, and applies AI tools to improve accounting workflows and efficiency.

Manage and grow customer accounts by executing retention and expansion plans, prospecting for new opportunities, meeting revenue targets, collaborating cross-functionally, and advising clients on global hiring and compliance solutions.
