Lead global treasury and payments for a high-volume multi-currency business: own cross-border payment flows, cash forecasting, FX hedging, banking relationships, treasury controls, fraud prevention, and deploy AI/automation. Manage a team of four, partner cross-functionally (Finance, Legal, Product, Ops), and support investor and M&A diligence while improving payment rails, liquidity, and provider economics.

Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, optimize operational processes, build business cases and market analyses, own performance metrics and dashboards, and partner with executives to translate vision into tactical execution supporting international expansion and scalable growth.

Lead corporate accounting and global month-end/quarter-end close, own accruals, reconciliations, multi-currency consolidation, and technical accounting (ASC 350-40, ASC 842, ASC 606). Drive GL integrity, system integrations, automation (including AI), present results to leadership, support external audits, and mentor a corporate accounting team while partnering cross-functionally with FP&A, Tax, Legal, and operations.
