The Product Design Manager leads apparel, footwear, essentials, and graphics design operations across seasonal product cycles. Responsibilities include managing calendars, workflows, resources, budgets, quality standards, prototypes, design assets, and cross-functional communication. The role is also a working design manager who guides aesthetic direction, coaches direct reports, researches industry trends, supports product development, and maintains design processes and tech-pack communication with development and factory partners.
