Lead frontend architecture for an AI-driven dental platform: own component standards and design system, drive Storybook adoption, implement accessibility and performance best practices, write Playwright end-to-end tests, collaborate with design/product/backend, and use AI dev tools to convert Figma into production-ready components.

Support enterprise onboarding by maintaining project documentation, tracking action items, updating HubSpot/Notion, coordinating across teams, preparing status summaries, and handling light customer-facing logistics and communications.

Lead Pearl's revenue-oriented Customer Success organization to own NRR, GRR, and expansion ARR. Build and scale teams and programs to drive onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion across SMB and Enterprise, using automation, LMS, and AI tools. Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Partners to improve time-to-value, NPS, and product adoption, and represent Pearl at industry events and international markets.
