The Derrickhand is responsible for supporting drilling operations by performing tasks such as equipment maintenance, communication, and working at heights. Must follow safety protocols and ensure efficient rig operations while working in various weather conditions.

Oversee and lead HSE advisors to implement company HSE policies and regulatory compliance for drilling operations. Conduct audits, hazard assessments, incident investigations, training, and data reporting. Coach teams on emergency response, rig equipment, confined space, PTW and CWO processes, and case management while supporting operations in remote, heavy-industrial field environments.
