Paid apprenticeship-style art sales role aboard cruise ships. Associates engage guests, sell artwork, support live auctions, host gallery events, set up exhibitions, and provide polished guest service. The role offers mentorship and progression to Gallery Director and Art Auctioneer, with commission-based earning potential. Assignments involve three- to six-month shipboard rotations, international travel, physical artwork handling, onboard accommodations, and independent-contractor status.

Coordinates onboard art gallery operations, displays, auctions, inventory, storage, and logistics. Assists auctioneers with artwork handling, leads art movers, maintains safety and quality standards, attends shipboard drills, and collaborates with ship management and crew. Requires professionalism, coachability, English proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Meals, accommodations, travel, a weekly base salary, and uniforms are provided.
