Handles complex oil and gas division order matters, including Take-in-Kind activities, DOI and ownership calculations, title opinion review, ownership transfers, suspense and curative issues, royalty and working interest calculations, and discrepancy resolution. Works independently with minimal supervision and applies detailed knowledge of oil and gas ownership and title documentation.

Build, analyze, and maintain GIS maps for oil & gas projects (leases, units, wells, ownership). Reconcile spatial data with legal land descriptions, support land/title/division order teams, maintain geodatabases, produce maps/reports, and improve GIS workflows and standards.

Conducts leasehold and mineral title due diligence across multiple basins, researching courthouse records, chain of title, ownership, liens, leases, and title defects. Prepares runsheets and reports, verifies HBP status and lease terms, reviews conveyance documents, cross-references GIS and plat data, and communicates findings to project leads and clients while managing deadlines independently.
