Leads product strategy, research, development, launch, adoption, and stakeholder alignment for clinician and provider experiences on a healthcare ordering platform. Defines roadmaps, prioritizes work, measures product success, manages milestones, gathers customer feedback, and partners with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and healthcare customers. The role focuses on improving clinician workflows, increasing digital adoption, and enhancing patient care outcomes.

Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects for healthcare equipment providers using the Parachute digital platform. Manage project timelines, delegate tasks, drive product activation, deliver partner training, support technical integrations, analyze performance data, and identify process improvements. Collaborate with customers, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to guide digital transformation, launch new features, and improve platform adoption and patient-care workflows.

Develop and maintain software in an agile, test-driven environment using pair programming. Lead technical decisions involving application and data model design, mentor engineers, collaborate cross-functionally with product and design, and ensure application stability and performance. Participate in on-call support and improve system reliability. Use AI developer tools to accelerate development and improve code quality.
