The Marketing Coordinator will oversee the organization’s operating rhythms, streamline processes, manage internal programs, and provide support to marketing leadership for effective operations.

Lead design and delivery of technical certification, onboarding, and enablement content using instructional design and AI-assisted tools. Partner with Engineering, Product, GTM, and Partners to translate platform complexity into field-ready assets, run demo excellence programs, track enablement KPIs, and continuously improve adoption and performance across Sales, CS, Services, Support, and Partners.

Lead the Hosting Platform engineering team owning roadmap, reliability, scalability, and performance for hundreds of thousands of sites. Mentor managers and senior engineers, drive architecture for distributed, multi-tenant systems (edge delivery, caching, databases), define SLOs and observability, manage incident response and customer escalations, balance technical debt, and champion AI-native engineering and automation.
