Oversee corporate accounting activities, support senior accounting leadership, improve accounting quality and delivery speed, document accounting conclusions, communicate complex topics to leadership, and implement technology-enabled process improvements that automate workflows, enhance data quality, strengthen controls, and scale the Accounting function.

Manage procurement operations across purchasing, contracting, supplier onboarding, purchase orders, and vendor compliance. Maintain contract documentation, monitor vendor performance against SLAs, coordinate with Finance, Legal, Compliance, Information Security, and business teams, and resolve workflow blockers. Support procurement policy compliance and improve end-to-end purchasing processes. The role requires finance operations experience, strong data analysis, Excel proficiency, and effective cross-functional communication.

Manage customer contracts throughout the contracting lifecycle, coordinating legal, sales, finance, and deal teams. Responsibilities include routing contracts for review and negotiation, drafting and processing agreements, completing onboarding forms, maintaining records, tracking contractual terms, reporting metrics, and supporting strategic projects that scale deal execution. The role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, autonomy, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced legal environment.
