Lead Helium 10’s customer experience organization and strategy across Customer Success, Support, Managed Services, and Sales. Drive product adoption, retention, renewals, expansion, and customer health through scalable human-led and AI-enabled programs. Build teams, processes, playbooks, and technology systems while partnering with Product and Marketing to improve the end-to-end customer journey. Serve as the voice of the customer, shape company strategy, and develop a high-performing leadership culture.

Manage incoming customer contracts from review through execution, assess risk, negotiate terms, escalate exceptions, and maintain contract systems. Build standardized workflows, templates, playbooks, and decision guidelines to scale contract operations. Partner with Legal, Sales, and Finance, support complex agreements, communicate with customers, improve processes, and coach teams on contract fundamentals and escalation paths.

Supports the design and execution of marketing websites, landing pages, digital experiences, and print assets. Applies established design systems, responsive and accessibility principles, and UX/UI best practices. Collaborates with marketing, product, engineering, and development teams, participates in design reviews, prepares assets, and supports no-code WordPress publishing and QA under senior designer guidance.
