Teams at PACS

Leads and manages the nursing department, overseeing staffing, clinical operations, regulatory compliance, resident safety, quality improvement, education, MDS assessments, pharmacy coordination, budgeting, surveys, and employee performance. Collaborates with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure compassionate, coordinated, high-quality care. Provides direct resident care as needed.

Directs social services for post-acute care residents by developing individualized care plans, advocating for resident needs, coordinating with healthcare providers, families, and community resources, ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate documentation, and leading the social services team. The role requires compassionate, organized, resident-centered leadership and collaboration within multidisciplinary care teams.

Prepare meal trays, wash dishes, and perform other dietary department tasks for senior residents. Provide compassionate service, follow facility procedures, and pass required background checks. Minimum 8th grade education; prior dietary aide experience preferred.
