Provide licensed practical nurse (LPN/LVN) care in a skilled nursing facility: medication administration, treatments, documentation, and possible supervision of nurse assistants. Work PRN 12-hour shifts (6am-6pm or 6pm-6am). Maintain required licensure, CPR certification, and clear background checks.

Provide licensed practical nursing care in a skilled nursing facility: medication passes, treatments, possible supervision of nurse assistants. Full-time 12-hour shifts. Must hold an unencumbered Colorado LPN license, have CPR certification, and pass criminal and Colorado CAPS background checks. SNF/LTC experience preferred. Provide restorative nursing care and perform CNA duties for long-term care residents, following care plans and facility protocols. Work full-time shifts (Sun–Thu preferred), support resident mobility and function, document care, and collaborate with the care team to improve resident outcomes.
